The National No Signal/Fringe CSV Export contains 800m bins, per operator, where only no signal readings were collected or the average 4G and 5G RSRP is considered fringe coverage (<-112 dBm). Each bin record includes the operator name, a WKT polygon defining each bin, and the number/percentage of readings categorized as no_signal and 4G/5G fringe. This categorization and reading percentage allows the user to extract bins where only no signal is encountered and no 4G or 5G signal is encountered, by only including records where 100% of the readings are from no signal. Additionally, the percentage of no signal vs. all records can be used to include all no signal bins and a sub-set of 4G/5G fringe bins based on a percentage threshold of fringe records.
